If your business does not yet have in-house legal counsel, you have an option to hire Bishay Law Offices on a part-time basis instead of employing a full-time staff attorney or retaining expensive law firms for separate transactions or projects. We know that as our clients` businesses grow, they inevitably need the advice of a Business Attorney. Thus, if your business needs a lawyer more than a few times a year, you may be able to save considerable legal fees and obtain legal services in a more efficient manner.
Furthermore, our Contract General Counsel Plan commits our office to an agreed amount of hours each month to respond to your immediate legal concerns by telephone, email, or meetings within the Southern California area, including your office. You will always receive personalized attention to your particular legal business needs similar to the legal assistance large corporations obtain from their in-house lawyers or corporate counsel.
Under this plan, Bishay Law Offices will proactively manage your legal affairs and focus on preventing legal problems, especially litigation. And, our office will counsel your business about, and prepare for, potential risks without unnecessarily frustrating your business` goals.
How Does the Plan Work?
For example, for $2,000 per month you can access 10 hours of expert business legal assistance. To put that cost in perspective, the average in-house General Counsel in Los Angeles costs $20,000-$40,000 per month as an employee, once all benefits are added. And, the cost to your business are hourly billing rates of a Los Angeles law firm partner ranging from $350 to upward of $600. Additionally, those law firms staff matters with as many associates as they can, passing a hefty bill to you. However, with Bishay Law Offices, if your business requires more than 10 hours of legal service in a given month and you choose to take advantage of this plan, you will be billed at a special discounted hourly rate for the excess time or be entitled to flat fee billing for certain projects.
