Marian began her own practice after admittance to the California Bar in 1998. As an entrepreneur, she understands the complexities of business ownership and business' need for professional advice. Her passion is to strategically guide companies with comprehensive planning through a variety of techniques. Marian also endeavors to protect families from the inevitable heartache resulting from the lack of proper estate planning and asset protection.
Marian is a member of the Anaheim Chamber of Commerce, Business Network International (BNI) and the Network of Arab American Professionals of Orange County (NAAP-OC). She also participates in a wide variety of community outreach forums geared towards civic participation for Middle Eastern minorities. Marian has been married for 15 years and is the mother of two energetic daughters. Her hobbies include exercising daily, cooking and cheering on her daughters at their soccer practices and games.

Bindi specializes in all kinds of employment based visa petitions. Her sphere of experience extends to priority worker EB-1 visas and O-1 extraordinary ability alien visas. She is also proficient in investment based E-1 and E-2 visas.
Bindi's prior employement includes having worked for prominent immigration law firms. Her most recent employment was with a leading global immigration firm where she handled business related visa petitions including H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, TN, J-1 and O-1 petitions. She also successfully filed investment based visas petitions, E-1 and E-2 and represented clients all around the world.
Prior to that, Bindi was employed at a prominent Southern California based immigration law firm and she handled employment based visas including H-1B and L-1 petitions. She also practiced real estate and transactional law.
Bindi started her career at a prominent Solicitor's Office in Mumbai, India before she moved to the United States in 2000. In Mumbai she practiced Intellectual Property and Business Litigation.
She strives to incorporate technology with law in order to reduce time consumed by legal research by using the latest software and online research techniques. Her approach is client oriented and professional. She has been married for 8 years and is the proud mother of a 3 year old son. Bindi enjoys shopping, travelling and family dinners with friends.
